Corporate Event Photography in London

I photograph corporate events in London for event organisers, agencies and in-house teams. Based in Leicestershire, I regularly travel to the capital for conferences, product launches, receptions and awards dinners.

My coverage includes the venue and production, speakers, networking and guests’ reactions, giving you a record of the event and photographs for PR, internal communications and future marketing.

London events I’ve photographed

For Outlook Creative, I photographed the Intuitive Leaders Forum at The Minster Building in the City of London. I also edited and supplied a selection of photographs during the conference for use in its final presentation.

For One PR Events, I photographed a spring client event at SUSHISAMBA London, covering guest networking, hospitality and live entertainment.

I’ve returned to photograph the ESRI UK Annual Conference at the QEII Centre in Westminster, covering presentations, the exhibition and delegate networking.

Delivery and image usage

I usually deliver your finished photographs within 1–2 days via Pixieset, where you can download your images. Occasionally, larger events take longer.

If you need a small selection during the event for PR or social media, I can provide this by prior arrangement. This requires a scheduled break of around 20 minutes in photography coverage so I can prepare and deliver the images.

Unlimited usage of the supplied photographs is included.

I also photograph corporate events and conferences throughout the UK.
